MEMPHIS, TN – Memphis police say a man has been arrested after a woman found a hidden camera while she was getting dressed.
According to a court document, a woman told investigators that she was getting dressed after taking a shower, Thursday, May 28, 2009, when she noticed a camera in the closet. The woman says it was recording and she picked it up to look at the video. She says the video showed 33 year-old Silvio Frances Lucchesi, a man who lives in the house with the victim’s daughter, adjusting the camera in the closet. The video also showed the woman naked on two different occasions.
The woman told police that she never gave anyone permission to videotape her.
Silvio Frances Lucchesi has been charged with Unlawful Photographing in Violation of Privacy.
