Ripley, TN--A Mid-South doctor is accused of sexually assaulting a patient. The Lauderdale County Grand Jury just indicted Dr. Robert Magee.
Investigators say Dr. Magee sexually assaulted a patient at his office on Tucker Avenue in Ripley, Tennessee back in 2008. The patient told investigators the assault happened during an examination.
Dr. Robert Magee is charged with one count of attempted rape and one count sexual battery.
