MEMPHIS, TN--Police say a woman found lying on I-240 Saturday was the victim of a hit-and-run.
41-year-old Eva Wilson was found just before midnight Saturday on I-240 near Norris Rd. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say they are investigating the case as a homicide. So far, no one is in custody for the deadly hit-and-run.
