MEMPHIS, TN--Memphis Police have arrested a suspect accused of chasing down and shooting a driver who cut him off in traffic.

Karlton Bradley, 39, is charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder after a wild road rage incident on May 19, 2009.

Police say Bradley became angry after a driver accidentally cut him off on Sam Cooper Blvd. He chased the car to the intersection of East Parkway and Poplar, got out of his car, and tried to get into the victim's car. When the victim drove off, Bradley chased him through a nearby neighborhood while firing shots at the car. The victim was hit three times, but was able to drive himself to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Eyewitness News talked to the victim just a day after he was shot. He said he felt lucky to be alive, and hoped that the suspect could be caught.

Police received a tip that led to the arrest of Bradley. He was arrested early this morning, and is currently being held at the Shelby County Jail on a $300,000.00 bond.
