MEMPHIS, TN – Deputies say a man was found slumped over the wheel of a car parked in a Northaven neighborhood.
Shelby County Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Shular says officers were called to the 4900 block of Ruthie Cove, Thursday, November 19, 2009, around 7:30 p.m., about gunshots fired in the area. Shular says when deputies arrived they discovered the body of a man slumped over the wheel of a red car. Investigators say the man had been shot to death.
