Pineville, KY - Officials say they've found a still big enough to make a lot of white lightning.

Authorities in Pineville, Kentucky made the discovery and charged 40 year-old Noal Ward on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 with trafficking an alcoholic beverage in a dry territory. Ward is also charged with unlawful manufacturing. No bond is set and he remains in jail.

Police say they found more than 100 gallons of whiskey and 500 gallons of mash, which is used to make the alcohol.

Doug Jordan, who is with the Bell County, KY Sheriff's Department, says because of the amount found, it's believed the alcohol was being sold across state lines. Tennessee and Virginia border Bell County.
