PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) -- Mississippi authorities have seized more than 400 pounds of marijuana after stopping a tractor-trailer rig that failed to stop at a weigh station in coastal Jackson County.
State transportation officials say the rig was traveling east on Interstate 10 on Wednesday when it bypassed the scales. Officers had it return to the weigh station, where they found the bundles of marijuana and $115,000 in cash.
Authorities arrested Kevin Ray Bremmer of Jamaica, Robin Johnson of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Andrew Dillon of Royal Palm Beach, Fla.
All three men were in the Jackson County Jail on Thursday pending initial court appearances. Each has been charged with several misdemeanors and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
