KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Recovery crews pulled the body of a 3-year-old boy from Fort Loudon Lake after he wandered away from a birthday party near Knoxville.
The Knox County Sheriff's office says Patrick Bradbury was found Sunday evening a couple of hours after his family reported him missing from a celebration at Carl Cowan Park near the lake.
Witnesses told WVLT-TV that the boy was asking to get in the water before he disappeared. The boy's body was found 35 feet from the shore in about 40 feet of water.
