PARIS, Tenn. (AP) -- Paris emergency officials say 13 people were injured when a man on a four-wheeler lost control after having a seizure and plowed into a crowd watching a parade.
The incident happened around noon Friday at the "World's Biggest Fish Fry."
Police say the incident occurred just as the parade was ending.
Those injured were taken to the Henry County Medical Center in Paris.
Hospital spokeswoman Tory Daughrity said an 18 month-old girl suffered serious injuries and has been transferred to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She said the others were treated and released.
