LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- The Arkansas Department of Health says 18 people have died from complications of swine flu since Aug. 1.

The agency says that more vaccines for swine flu are arriving in the state -- and more are on the way.

The department says those in higher-risk groups -- including pregnant women, health care and emergency workers, people who live with or care for infants, people under 24 and older people with underlying medical conditions -- should check with their doctors to see if the vaccine is available.

The state also says that a second round of mass vaccination clinics at schools is planned. Children under age 10 need a second dose of the swine flu vaccine about four weeks after the first dose.
