DeSoto County, MS-- Police in Horn Lake, MS have arrested 34-year-old Christopher Cullinane on two counts of larceny and two counts of trespassing.

Police say he is responsible for two incidents that took place at the Alden Lake Subdivision.

The first incident was reported on October 24, 2009. A witness spotted him stealing some lawn equipment from his neighbor’s open garage.

On October 27, 2009, police say someone spotted Cullinane’s vehicle drive past his residence.

According to the police report, that person then armed themselves with a crowbar and hid. Once he saw Cullinane exit his garage with some of his belongings, he then hit him with the crowbar. Cullinane dropped the items and got into his truck. The individual then used the crowbar and busted out the driver’s side window of his truck and knocked off the antenna.

Christopher Cullinane is being held in the DeSoto County Jail under a $6,000 bond.

Cullinane’s court date has been set for December 3, 2009.
