Entourage star Beverly D'Angelo is heading to court in a bid to evict a tenant from her Beverly Hills home accusing her of falling behind on her rent.
The actress has filed suit against Adela Ohanesian, claiming she entered into a lease and agreed to pay $8,500 a month for the property.
In papers filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court last month, D'Angelo alleges Ohanesian hasn't settled her bills since August and now owes more than $25,500.
D'Angelo is seeking payment for the overdue rent, as well as $279.45 for each day Ohanesian remained on the premises after August 1. She is also asking for legal fees and for the lease to be dismissed, according to TMZ.com.
