The average American eats almost double the recommended amount of sodium every day, which is 2,400 milligrams. Too much sodium can increase the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney disease. Now, some want the FDA to cut the salt in the foods we buy.

As co-anchor of Eyewitness News Everywhere This Morning and Midday, Bonny Kinney starts her work day well before sunrise. In fact, she helped launch the newscasts in 2006.
Mark Walden
Mark Walden joined the Eyewitness News staff by way of Evansville, IN in 1999 and is a degreed meteorologist from Florida State University.
Terrance Bates
Terrance joined Eyewitness News in 2003 as a reporter. In 2005 he started anchoring the weekend news. In October 2006 Terrance along with Bonny Kinney began anchoring Eyewitness News This Morning.
Ursula Jones
Ursula was chosen during our Best Part-Time Gig Ever auditions. 204 tried out, Ursula got the job!
