Eyewitness News serves the ABC/CW affiliates in Memphis. We’re building a reputation built on hard-nosed, aggressive reporting. Our news department is designed to provide constant critique, feedback and coaching, and is built around a team atmosphere. We want someone who will work hard to support their co-workers but who will breathe fire in the streets. We have very nice weather toys, including a state of the art Baron Doppler Radar, the latest and greatest Weather Central technology and a hyper-aggressive approach to severe weather coverage. Want to grow and be a part of a fast-growing news operation? We’re looking for a weather expert who can help us expand our web, Podcast, phone-delivery and other new media presence, while also assisting in producing accurate and visually exceptional traditional weather segments for our on-air product. A degree in Meteorology is preferred and having an AMS or NWA seal is a decided plus. Send letter of introduction along with resume, references included, and a DVD or link to your work.
