I agree with MrDomo. I am permitted to carry a weapon and believe that it's a right to do so, but you don't mix guns with alcohol or other environments. Everyone doesn't get drunk in a bar, but enough do that will pose a greater risk when they're carrying a weapon of deadly force. This is not the Wild Wild West, wake up. People are getting killed everyday by sober people, why not add more is what I seem to be interpreting by you who disagree with the ruling.

First reports indicates that this incident was a drive-by shooting. Why aren't all of the persons in the car charged with contributing to this crime? They could have stopped the shooter from shooting out of that car. Where's the police captain and the district attorney's office when it's really needed?
